This 1957 BMW Isetta 300, affectionately named the 'breadloaf car' due to its distinctive egg-like shape, is a rare find with only around 13,000 built in total. Manufactured in Germany but registered in Ramsey, New Jersey, this particular model boasts Japan Red paint, making it stand out even more among its peers. It's an early example from BMW's compact car series of the '50s and '60s, housing a three-wheeler design and innovative features such as the engine within the rear wheels and the front door swinging open like a bookshelf. This 1957 model spent over two decades (from 1961 to 2002) with just one family before being acquired by its current owner, who also happens to be an employee of BMW North America.
