The motorcycle is a customized 1978 BMW R100RT, artfully transformed by Upcycle Garage. This classic Bavarian beast retains its original air-cooled boxer twin engine, now producing around 65 horsepower and coupled to a 5-speed gearbox. The frame remains unchanged, displaying the distinctive double-loop design that harks back to BMW's racing heritage. However, it's the bespoke touches that truly set this bike apart. Upcycle Garage has enveloped the cockpit in hand-stitched, distressed leather for both comfort and character. The seat itself is a unique, saddle-style affair, reminiscent of vintage steeds. The rear end sports an elegant LED-tailed light strip, replacing the original unit while maintaining its iconic, horizontally mounted design. Finished in BMW's classic red with white and blue decals, this R100RT strikes a perfect balance between reverence for the past and respect for modern sensibilities.
