This Lotus Europa Race Car, manufactured in 1967, holds intriguing history and distinctive modifications. Originally from the United States, this vehicle was notably acquired by its current seller in 1996 for vintage racing along the West Coast of the US. After sustaining damage in 2003, a replacement fiberglass body and steel chassis were integrated with a roll cage at Europa Engineering in Southport, UK, before being repainted white and shipped back to the United States.
