Jaguar

This striking 1970 Jaguar E-Type Series II Roadster is a timeless classic, boasting an iconic design that still turns heads today. Originally produced between 1961 and 1975, this British motorcar is renowned for its stunning curves and groundbreaking innovations like its monocoque silhouette and independent rear suspension. This particular E-Type, manufactured in the later Series II iteration from 1969 to 1970, maintains the same sleek lines synonymous with the model but benefitted from updated features such as a slightly enlarged engine bay accommodating the new Series II engine, and flared wheel arches for better road handling. Underneath its iconic bonnet lies a potent 5.3-litre V12 engine, delivering around 270-horsepower at 5850 rpm through a four-speed manual transmission with synchromesh gearbox, capable of propelling the car from 0-60 mph in under seven seconds. Inside, drivers are greeted by a driver-focused cockpit with wood veneer dash and chrome bezels, housing an array of round dials presenting instruments such as rev counter, speedometer, and fuel gauge, while comfort is provided through supportive leather seats finished in desirable colour scheme of British Racing Green over Black. Notably, this Jaguar E-Type comes complete with the rare original factory tool kit in its own green pouch, further enhancing its collectability.
