OTAS Grand Prix 820cc Project w/Parts Collection

The vehicle is a 1968 OTAS Grand Prix 820cc, reportedly one of fewer than 100 US-market examples produced. It's a non-running project currently residing in Whitethorn, California. Originally repainted red by its owner who acquired it in 1996, the car has since remained partially assembled on jack stands in storage. Though the inline-four engine turns freely, it hasn't run in several years.
