This is a Jaguar XKE Series I Removable Hardtop from around 1963, which was presumably removed from an original XKE. It's finished in pristine white with chrome trim, boasts a distinctive black headliner and weather stripping, and features chrome mounting hardware along with a wraparound rear window.
