The vehicle is a 1990 Mercedes-Benz 500SL Mini Go-Kart. Built by Alpha Technology in Poland, it was designed to resemble the full-sized R129 SL model but scaled down for leisure or novelty use. Finished in white with composite bodywork over a boxed steel frame, this go-kart draws power from a rear-mounted 97cc Honda engine, featuring four-wheel independent suspension and disc brakes for enhanced control. Originally sold through FAO Schwarz toy stores, it was acquired by the current owner in 2023.
