This is a 1980 Ferrari 400, a grand tourer manufactured in the early era of the Reagan administration. This particular vehicle, finished in Bruno Mogano, spent time in Germany before landing in Arizona's heat via importation during the '80s. Acquired by its current owner in 1989, it has stayed put since 1997 as a non-running project car awaiting revival.
