1959 Lambretta Li 125 Series 1

This distinctive vehicle is a 1959 Lambretta Li 125 Series 1 scooter, originally manufactured in Italy and now located in Mason City, Iowa. Standing out as an ideal representation of 1950s European design, this classic offers a unique blend of style and functionality through its timeless red and white finish. Despite having spent time in Kansas previously, it was acquired by the current owner in Iowa around 2011, who embarked on a comprehensive refurbishment project completed in 2013. Amongst other notable improvements made during this period was an engine upgrade to increase displacement from a stock 125cc to a robust 175cc via a larger cylinder and piston.
