Illuminated Texaco Sign

The vehicle is a 1990 Texaco Illuminated Sign, originally installed at a gas station in Franklin, North Carolina. Standing 172" long and spelling out the company name in five pieces, this sign stands out with its red translucent faces illuminated by LED fixtures housed within black-finished enclosures. Wired for 120-volt operation, it was discovered during demolition of the gas station.
